Corrosion Testing Environment ASTM Salt Spray Test Chamber through the examination of the material and its ability to salt
spray corrosion protective layer, and a protective layer similar

Precautions
1, after the end of each test, the switch should open the oil-water
separator, the oil water put the net, and wipe clean.
2, if a long-term test should not saturated the water put the net,
in normal use, should periodically replace the water in the
saturator.
3, not long-term, if re-do the test, and to deal with all the
electrical supply, gas supply system to make a specific system
check, after the failure to prevent the boot.
4, found dirt clogging the nozzle, remove the nozzle promptly with
alcohol, xylene, or 1: 1 hydrochloric acid wash or superfine wire
careful and clear, not damage the wall of the nozzle opening, so as
not to affect the spray quality.

leakage.
9, Gas pipe uses corrosion resistance silicone tube.
10, Equip with double gas filtration device to ensure the discharge
gas is not harmful for environment.
